Our team of highly-trained field services consultants work with members one-on-one to provide extensive training programs and assist in the development of safety programs specifically designed for municipalities. The NCLM Business 服务 Team is considered the “face of the League” primarily on the road visiting with members to assess their needs and providing resources to assist with those needs.  Each member is assigned a dedicated professional consultant to serve as the conduit between members and League staff, 回答一般会员问题, identify and educate on League services, assist with completing a variety of forms including insurance applications, 还有更多!  All consultants are NC licensed insurance brokers who are available to serve members’ via in person, 电话, 电子邮件, 或者虚拟会议. 

We offer a wide range of services available to NCLM Members:
